An English Country Garden Wedding
I have had the honour of planning and being part of my couples Weddings for over 8 years now and I love nothing more than looking back over the beautiful images captured on the day. Looking back on all these incredible Wedding I thought it was only fair that I share these with you so that’s what I’ll be doing over the coming blogs. Focusing on UK Weddings this time and all the fun that has been had and shared during these magical occasions.
First up is the incredible Wedding of L&T in 2017. It feels like yesterday and I wish we could create it all again. I’m excited to share this with you by showcasing the incredible suppliers that made it all possible.
James Roe of Roeni designed and created A&T’s Wedding concept taking influences from The Secret Garden and Midsummer Nights Dream. Within the grounds of Kelmarsh Hall the guests were taken on a magical journey to celebrate this incredible Wedding from the moment they stepped inside the Hall for the ceremony to the evening celebrations decorated by hundreds of tea lights on the lawn.
Hannah Duffy provided exceptional photography as always and captured A&T’s love perfectly. Hannah’s photography is naturally beautiful and no detail goes uncaptured.
Meg from Rosewood co stationery provided the prettiest Wedding stationery for the couple including a hand drawing of Kelmarsh Hall.
Frances Quinn provided a stunning half-naked Wedding cake decorated with bees and stunning flowers. Fran is an exceptional baker who can produce cakes that are as creative and beautifully presented as they are deliciously satisfying to taste. The way she combines flavours is a real talent.
Caroline Kent provided stunning make-up for the Bride, her Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride. The bride was extremely happy with the quality of the make-up and Caroline’s ability to turn her Wedding make-up vision into a reality. Caroline is not only a very talented make-up artist she is incredibly friendly and adaptable too.
Grace Benjamin provided gorgeous hair styling for my Bride, her Bridesmaids & Flower girl. The bride absolutely loved her hair as it matched her vision perfectly. Grace returned to transform her look in the evening too!
Bridal Carriages provided their beautiful Jaguar MK5 to transport my Bride and her Father to Kelmarsh Hall for her Wedding. The service received from John was incredibly professional & friendly and my client arrived to get married feeling relaxed and comfortable.
Stones Events impeccably managed all catering and refreshments for the 200 guests, including the reception canapés and champagne, wedding breakfast & gin bar, all staff were styled by A&T to be in keeping with the Wedding theme. From our initial planning meetings right up to the day the service we received was incredible professional, efficient and friendly. The canapés, wedding breakfast and evening menu were deliciously appetising & creative all served by extremely helpful and well-organised staff.
Louise & Julie from Mon Amie provided the most beautiful floral arrangements, installations and displays for their good friends A&T.
Nothing was too much trouble as they transformed the rooms at Kelmarsh Hall and grand marquee into a magical wonderland, perfectly matching the romantic secret garden theme my clients requested. The flowers were beautifully arranged, smelt absolutely divine & were perfectly maintained throughout the day.
No area was left un-touched, and guests were transported into a whimsical paradise with deep and rich floral displays decorating the tables, bar, walls and more!
The Mon Amie team are incredibly talented, adaptable and they worked relentlessly to ensure A&T had the most perfect day.
In the evening guests were treated to some awesome tunes by IPOP and the dancefloor was always busy with dancing guests!
There was an impressive selection of the couples favourite gins at the incredibly decorated gin bar which was popular with all.
After the cake was cut and the first dance took place, guests were treated to a captivating firework display across the lake at the exterior of Kelmarsh Hall by Komodo Fireworks. It was a romantic and magical display and one that all guests were completely surprised by!
The dreamiest of days and one that has a special place in my heart and will always be remembered by not only myself & the bride & groom but all their guests and the supplier team involved.
