How does the Planning process work? 

After our initial consultation I will prepare a bespoke proposal & mood board for your perusal. If you’re happy to go ahead I will send you my contract & deposit invoice. After this you will be invited to your own Wedding management system online where we will start sourcing your suppliers and planning your magical day!

Can you help organise pre & post Wedding events too?

Absolutely! I can help you plan any welcome events for your guests and leaving lunches the day after your Wedding. I can also assist with booking any activities you may want to include.

Do you attend my Destination Wedding & are these costs extra?

I attend Weddings over 10 guests and conduct at least one site-visit with you to ensure your Wedding is planned effectively. I ask for my travel expenses to be covered but these will be confirmed in advance.

How many hours do you work during the Wedding?

I am on-site throughout your Wedding and usually work for 15 hours on the Wedding Day plus any additional hours for pre & post Wedding events.

Can you help with the legal marriage paperwork?

Whilst we’re unable to manage your paperwork personally we can advise you how to arrange your legal ceremony and point you in the right direction.

Do you organise travel & accommodation?

Yes, I can assist with all travel, accommodation and logistic elements associated to your Wedding. I work closely with an expert independent travel advisor who is ATOL licensed and able to tailor travel packages for you & your guests.

What are your payment terms?

An upfront, non-refundable 40% deposit is required upon booking and to secure your Wedding date. The final 60% is due 8 weeks before the wedding date.

Do you have insurance?

Amulet Weddings & Events have Public Liability insurance of one million.
